male who was driving a pickup truck when his vehicle was struck

was told that he is going to need back surgery sometime in the

Our client was a young woman who was a passenger
in a motor vehicle that struck a trailer from behind. She suffered
a femur fracture.

Our client was a 68-year old
man who was employed as a truck driver. On the day of the accident,
our client drove his truck from his employer's premises to the
premises of the Defendant. Once our client's truck was loaded,
he was required to drive between two platforms, which were approximately
4 1/2 feet high, so that his load could be covered with a tarp.
As our client began rolling the tarp over the truck while walking
on the platform, he stepped on a rotten board, causing him to fall
to the ground. Our client fractured his right femur, which required
surgery.

for our client when a bucket from a Bobcat fell and rolled onto
our client's legs. Our client suffered fractures to his left leg
and a fracture to his right ankle. Our client made a good recovery
and at the time of the accident he was not working. The defendant
in this case offered $100,000.00 in an early mediation which was
rejected. This case then settled for $270,000.00
just before it was going to be placed into suit by attorney Andrew
Peterson.
